This reminds me if the time we had a candidate who was a published academic in her early to mid thirties and Labour sent around a letter asking the public if they wanted "another young, educated female councillor." ( as opposed to the tired, old ex trades unionist incumbent) the public said yes please and promptly removed him for the young educated female.

Don't vote for him.....he speaks French
Sometimes I dispair at the quality of political discourse and sometimes I read things like this and come close to wanting to just end it all!!

At least Mitt Romney will know that "entrepreneur" is a French word, unlike George W Bush.
ReplyDeleteUnison are boasting that they have not just helped Labour candidates get elected across the country, many of the new Labour councillors are Unison members. So now we have not just tired, ex trade unionists, we have tired, current trade unionists!
